Case Management for Survivors in Fort Bend County
Rebuilding a life after abuse means handling many things at once: housing, money, legal matters, and care for your children. You do not have to manage it all alone. Our Case Management program connects you with one advocate who helps you reach every resource you need. All support is free and confidential.
One Advocate to Help You Access Every Resource
You also receive referrals to other community programs that support your journey toward independence. Wherever you are starting from, your advocate helps you take the next step with confidence.
Housing Assistance
Safe, stable housing is the foundation of a fresh start. Our housing navigators work to find stable housing for survivors and children who qualify after an assessment of their needs.
We offer both short-term and long-term housing assistance, along with related support services for qualified applicants. Our housing programs also include a utility allowance, so families can settle in with less worry.
Legal Assistance
The legal side of leaving abuse can feel overwhelming. Our legal team offers services to people impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault across Fort Bend and surrounding counties, including those who may struggle to find affordable legal help elsewhere.
We assist with high-conflict divorce and custody cases, protective orders, criminal investigations, landlord and tenant matters, legal consultations, and court accompaniments. Throughout the process, you have someone knowledgeable beside you.
