We simply could not do everything that we do to help survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault without our volunteers. From staffing our Crisis Hotline to sorting through donations at our PennyWise stores, we offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities.  We welcome individuals and groups of volunteers who want to support our mission!

To become one of our volunteers, please complete our Volunteer Application Form. Here is a list of our Volunteer Opportunities .

Fort Bend Women’s Center volunteers work throughout the organization. Some of our volunteer positions do require specialized training.  Our training program is certified by the Office of the Attorney General.  Volunteers that complete the training are certified state-wide as Sexual Assault Advocates.  The training is held in January, May and September.

Volunteers who wish to volunteer directly with our clients, are required to attend a 40 hour Direct Service Advocate Training. The training begins on May 9th . You can view the schedule and sign up online.
