Our Emergency Shelter is only a temporary step on the way to an independent, violence free life. Our Non-Residential Program provides transitional support for those leaving the shelter, as well as clients who do not need our shelter.
Through our Non-Residential Program, we work on an individual basis to help clients become self-sufficient and truly independent of their abuser. We offer counseling and advocacy support, rental and other financial assistance as well as transportation, job training and use of our Learning Resource Center. In addition, we provide classes on a range of topics including parenting and life skills. We continue to offer clients case management support and crisis intervention services throughout this critical period in their transition to their new life.
